Revising the maximum and per grade amounts of Lashings for a more humane punishment frame.
Definitions
Lashings - Lashings are applied on the bare skinned back of the convict. After the Punishment, the Convict is bandaged, and if in critical condition given basic medical aid. 30 Lashes are the Maximum administered at a time.
A person with more lashes than 30 will be put in the Stockade if they are at risk of fleeing from the rest of their punishment. The time spent in the Stockade will last until their Lashing punishment has been completed.
Revisions
Motion to revise the amount of lashings sentenced for each grade of crime. They would be changed like this;
